Job Description

We are looking for managers specialized in customer service / payment management. We want you to be part of our project, a growing company, with customers from different sectors, where our staff is the most important asset.
We are looking for Administrative profiles, Commercial Managers, Commercial Banking Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager and/or Customer Service to provide support in the area of non-payments. You will join our offices located in Valencia (Nuevo Centro), to perform the following functions:
Offered:
  • Indefinite-term contract.
  • Intensive schedule: Monday to Friday from 15 to 21:00H (30H).
  • Possibility of extending to full time and shift change.
  • Training provided by the company.

Additional information

Minimum education
  • Intermediate Level Training Cycle
  • Minimum experience of at least 1 year
  • Necessary knowledge in Customer Service; Negotiation techniques; Office automation; Proactivity; Flexibility.
Minimum requirements
  • Vocational Training (Administrative/Financial)
  • Experience of at least 1 year in the position offered or similar.
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Immediate Incorporation
